How much do your services cost?
Cost is calculated individually and depends on the number of data sources, the scope and the timeline. After a short discussion we send you a written estimate before any work starts.
How long does a project take?
A data audit usually takes one to two weeks, and a first dashboard two to four weeks. Larger projects are split into stages with results at each stage.
Do you need access to our systems?
We ask only for the access the task requires, preferably read-only. We can also work with copies or exports of the data if that suits you better.
How do you protect our data?
We store data encrypted, restrict access to it and delete it after the project on request. We sign an NDA and a data processing agreement if needed.
Does team analytics mean monitoring employees?
No. We work with aggregated process metrics such as task stages and handoff time, and we don’t record screens or personal messages. Everything is set up with the team’s knowledge and in line with GDPR.
Which tools do you use?
We adapt to what you already use: Google Sheets and Excel, popular CRMs, web analytics tools, SQL databases and BI tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI and Metabase.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes. Many of our clients are small and mid-sized companies. We start with what gives the most value at the lowest cost and expand when needed.
What happens after the project is delivered?
We hand over documentation, train your team to use the solution and stay available for questions and improvements. Monthly support can also be arranged.
